Have taken to using Ratebeer for destinations, but anything unmissable in either place that maybe RBians haven't picked up on? Especially tap houses.

When you headed over? I'm there this weekend. A few decent places about in b'hamn now. Well worth trip to cotteridge/stirchley...see rate beer listings

Welly, PO Vaults, brewdog, craven arms and there's a new place called Tilt I'm going to check out - wil report back.Old Joint Stock is a lovely Fullers pub

I don't know if you've gone or not yet but...

The Wellington on Bennett's Hill in Birmingham is a great pub with 15 rotating casks and one constant - the magnificent Oakham Citra.

They don't serve food but you can bring your own and they'll provide the plates/cutlery.
