Best Dublin pub or offie for beer tasting for work outing? 10 years 3 months ago #1

Hi, looking for suggestions for a good beer tasting. My company's social club is looking to organise a craft beer tasting session for ~20 people either in the office or in a pub. None of this dry January nonsense! We're based in Sandyford so anywhere southside or city centre works.

I don't get into Dublin for drinking much anymore so I'm well out of date on good places for a range of beers that would suit a largish group. Be good to find a pub (or off licence that can come in) that has a wide & interesting range as there's interest in but not necessarily much experience of craft beer where I'm working. Any suggestions?

Welcome!

Geoff in the Headline is normally happy to arrange craft beer tastings. He knows his stuff and it's a lovely pub with a great selection. Food is very decent too if you need a feed as well. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="57theheadline.wordpress.com/">57theheadline.wordpress.com/

If you were coming in on Luas - Alfie Byrnes in the Conrad could be another option.

Though Geoff in 57 is great too

A little closer to Sandyford- The Dark Horse in Blackrock might be handier.
