off to cuba in 3 weeks. cant wait. not well known for its beer but can anyone offer a suggestion or two. web searches dont really give much away and beer advocate more a less slates what little there is....
has anyone been or know much about anything....

I think they make cigars
and drive clapped out cars.
and castro may or not be still in charge.
supposed to be a fanctastic travel location though

Never been, but anyone I know that went had a ball. I'm sure you'll have a great time, whatever about the beer.

Enjoy the trip, just flicking through Charlie" Papazian... Microbrewed Adventures: say that some of the beers can be brewed with up to 50% sugar!

Here are some of the known beers Tinima, polar and Tropical

Wow, 50% Sugar. If you like the taste and mouth feel of water, that's the way to go.
