Noticed on my way to the DART station that the Station House in Raheny has closed for refurbishment and will reopen as the 'Cock and Bull' in October. It'll be a sister pub of the Cock and Bull in Coolock and are promising lots of craft on their facebook page. Haven't been to the Coolock pub, whats it like?

Em i suppose about 25+. There is a heavy bouncer present due to its location, so the younger crowd from the area i suspect go to the blacker(Liz Delaney's beside northside sc), i've not seen any trouble in it.
It's grand for a late pint if you don't wana go to town or swords. It's a hell of a lot better than the Sheaf that was there previously. Could do with more Irish craft but these things come in small steps I suppose.

Around the corner from my gaff, so hopefully it'll turn out well. I asked on twitter about [b:a066mtcs]Irish[/b:a066mtcs] craft beer and they responded in the positive, their menu on Facebook doesn't list any though.
Sierra Nevada and Brewdog on tap in Raheny is a big step up from what's here already.
