Yes, I've had mine filled at Against the Grain.

Got rejected in ATG for using my beoir vouchers, barmen said the don't accept them for any growler fills <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( --> Only got 1 growler fill, will go to sweetmans for the other.
