If you buy it through the BJCP it comes from the US. I didn't have to pay duty though when I bought one.

I think it depends on who you get it delivered through- DHL and Fedex seem to treat the duty as an extra revenue stream...

Mine came through DHL too. Not sure why they didn't look for duty.
