South East January meet 13 years 3 months ago #1

As we had no meet in Dec, I expect there'll be a few Christmassy beers for sampling (if there's any left!)
Usual drill, 2pm in Revolution on Sat 19th.
New (and old) members welcome as always.

Yay! I will be able to attend now.. the christening that I was attending/summoned to has been postponed. A very understanding child it would seem

New member here. I haven't got any beer to bring along but plenty of questions! I've done about 8 AG brews with mostly good results but a couple of bad batches put a halt on things for a while until a new set up could be arranged. I'm about to get started again so hopefully I'll have some samples to bring along in the next few months!
Can I join the cool table?

Lugh, great news! Hope you bring some of that lovely porter

IB, you'll be more than welcome, there'll be plenty of beer to go around! We usually meet at the bar for 2 - 2.30pm, have a pint, then head upstairs to the (not-so-exclusive) cool table

Ah you drank it then? I was wondering. I have a couple of bottles left that I was going to drink tonight but I will sacrifice for the greater good

Isolde the more the merrier, you will recognise us easily I think

Kept back two bottles of me Christmass beer for the meet, should have something else too - a 3%ABV, hoppy beer made with lager yeast. No idea what style to define it as, so should fit in well at a South East meet
