Well lads, Grainne and I will be away at a wedding in Manchester this weekend, so another one we'll miss I'm afraid. We now have Moonbeam, our hoppy dark ale, kegged up so the sooner you can polish off the Chameleon the faster Flash can get some of that on <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->

Was just me, Maf and Swinng in the end! But still a good meet.
My God though, Maf's scotch ale was a killer - lovely beer, but so insidious!! He did warn me though - it's probably a beer to drink on your own..deceptive comes to mind - it didn't feel like a heavy beer so it was an easy drinker, but had a serious kickback.. The bus journey home was interesting!
On another note, there was a hen night (at 3pm!!) in the bar at the same time, and the Hen thought it'd be a good idea to try and 'drink with the lads', and so picked up the beer slop jug, and although we told her what it was, still drank it down - yeast and all hahaha <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D --> Good times all round though!

Try keep a bottle of your all Mild Ale malt brew for next meet - it's really nice and a great showcase for the flavour of Mild Ale malt!
