Been having all sorts of extra problems!!

When I login I get the OK screen and then 10 secs later a login screen appears

This time I have managed to post something

Lookinhg at the time stampls of posts a lot of people are having a similar problem

After that last post the same problem happened.

Went back to the home page and found out that yes I was considered logged in there even though on the sub pages I was offered the "login" button at the top of screen!!

So logged out from home page, logged in again, and here I am posting something.

I will see what else happens!!

So, after a long absence, I got the same issue this evening.

I found I was still logged in on the home page, despite the forum bouncing me in and out. Logged out, cleared cache (well, didn't at first) and logged back in again via homepage, and all was good again. I also cleared the session table on the server side, just in case, but perhaps my issue was due to tweaks to the cookies (as I hadn't visited in some time). As nothing has changed on the forum in ages, it's unlikely to be the software itself. Famous last words <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Just had to log back in after me and SWMBO had our supper!

It definitely appears to do with the cookie settings. However both Safari and Firefox seem to be immune as does IE from what I'm reading here. It looks like a phpbb/Chrome issue. As a final 'fix' I've changed the cookie name; Let me know if this makes any difference.
