I spoke to Leinster Co2 (Now called Dry Ice Technologies or something like that), and they are out of stock of the 5Kg cylinders till Tuesday week. 2kg cylinders in stock at €60 and €25 refil though she recommended holding out for the 5kg.

The tank was full, yes. Incidentally, them having the tanks seems to be a very recent thing (though, strangely, they had the regulators all along... !?)
