Thats the problem for us, user names here and emails are different so its impossible to keep track. I can't find any email on Wednesday.

This was not our best idea . . . we should just have posted a discouunt code for them or something . . . its been an administrative nightmare. We will revisit this in a week or so as soon as we have sorted this round out, and everyone is happy.

Can you email us again outlining your order and your preferred finlandia option; and also for your friend.

We shipped a missing finlandia today to a guy who ordered 3 packs of gold crown caps, was that you?

yes that was me alright.

i don't see how it was so confusing though as i came on here and posted the order numbers here after ordering and also added in the additional comments box that we wanted the finlandia offer, not to mention we both sent emails containing the order number and mentioning the beoir/finlandia offer.

I'll ask him again to email but ive already mentioned his request in a post above

I'm half way through fermenting my first batch after buying a kit from you guys last week. I was hoping to order an extra set of bottles and the next ingredients kit from you later this week.

Aaagh. The grief it caused us . . . user names here on Beoir and customer names on HBW are not the same so our dispatchers nearly killed me! Its cost an arm and a leg in shipping to sort it all out.

Because these bundles are new, I will do it just one more time, but only for the above two bundles.

These kits are going to take Ireland by storm within the year. Within manufacturing circles, they are highly regarded. Also, our Eastern and Northern European customers (who know Finlandia kits) buy them regularly.

Since we are the only wholesalers in the UK who have Finlandia beer kits in stock, they are available at ridiculous prices in Ireland for now.
