They had DME when I was there a couple of weeks back.Nice to see it selling if they had none when you were there John.

They only had half-kilo bags (one of which I got as a freebie - yaay!) I meant there weren't 3kg bags yet. He said he won't be doing the 25kg boxes. Wouldn't fit on my bike anyway...

Popped into the 'My Beer and Wine' on 41 Lower Rathmines this lunch time. They are setting up at the moment and building their stock. They literally had drills in their hands when I went in. They have plenty of bins and kits/airlocks/hop bags, also fully stocked on dry yeasts. No grains yet or wet yeasts but deliverys are coming in over the next few days. The also had no problems getting in speciality grains like Halcyon Pale malt and munich malts - just let them know.
It was great to see and the lads were dead sound and very welcoming. I think it's Barry and Alan - apologies if I have the names wrong but best of luck lads !

I was in again the other day. Nice guy. They exchanged a kit that a friend bought me for some extract. They are expecting some heavy duty ss gear for all grain and a lot more A.G equipment in the next month or two.

They are hoping to get white labs yeast too I think.


Every time I pop in there is someone buying wine!
