I'm sorry Lode1978 but you are wrong.

From Revenue.ie (Irish Tax department's website):

[quote:3qxuq5ir]Under EU excise law excisable products that have been subject to excise duty in a Member State and then consigned to a private individual in another Member State for the personal use of that private individual, are subject to excise duty in the Member State of destination. Subject to procedures, the excise duty paid in the Member State of dispatch may be reimbursed.[/quote:3qxuq5ir]

So you have to pay the Irish excise duty but you might be able to get the Belgian excise duty back, if you can figure out the procedure for doing that.

More detail here[/url:3qxuq5ir].

Ok, I see how this can be interpreted differently than what I meant by it. I've changed the FAQ. Resposibility for shipments within the EU is now officially with me. Hope this solves your worries <!-- s;-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;-) -->

[i:1cgzdzhl]"That amount is the final price. It includes all taxes, VAT, packaging and shipping costs.

Exception: some countries outside the EU have import taxes on alcohol. Customers outside the EU are fully responsible for complying with any importation regulation. Should customs refuse your entry or charge additional import taxes, we cannot be held responsible."[/i:1cgzdzhl]

Oh, so you are paying the Irish alcohol duty on the beers shipped here? Good stuff. Makes life easier for your customers.
