I think its more of a case of "Jaysus, this shop is huge, what will we put on this empty shelf"

HB supplies are fairly far down the list of next thing to go on the shelf, so only appears in the bigger shops.

Following from the cuts here, I have been touch with Tesco.
I explained that there are lots of interested parties but they don't know themselves what stores do or don't carry them.
I have never seen as clueless a company in my life.
Heads up arses etc.

As of this morning Heineken and Dunnes are back in business together with their full range back in stock by the weekend. Someone in head office no doubt had a massive helping of humble pie!
This is a major pain in the neck for me as I rearranged the whole beer section with more space for craft beers when Heineken ran out. I hijacked their fridge for craft beers too. All this space will obviously now go back to Heineken but hopefully people will still look for good beer when shopping.

Well done for taking the initiative and getting the craft beer in peoples faces, even if it was only for a little while. Hopefully you converted a few people. We all know there's no way back.

Haven't been to Superquinn in a while and paid a visit to a couple of their stores over the past couple of days. Very decent range of craft on offer - buy 6 for the price of 5. Galway Hooker in particular well promoted but a decent range in general. Picked up the Donegal Brewery blond amonst others which I'm looking forward to trying.
