I am trying to cost up the setting up and viability of a microbrewery and I was wondering if any of the microbrewer owners that visit this website would be willing to share some info.

Bear something in mind. Galway Hooker will be moving to a new brewery in Galway soon. They will be leaving behind their current brewer as they were only leasing it.
So there should be a turnkey brewery coming to the market soon.

Do you mean they were only leasing the equipment or the building

I heard that they were still staying in Roscommon. Where's the new brewery located (probably in Ronan's back garden)

The building and equipment are both currently leased. Lucky gits found a disused microbrewery waiting to be leased.
