G'day all....been away a while.

In case there are any fence sitters out there wondering about Ross, I can unreservedly assure you that he's fair dinkum and an excellent supplier to all brewers regardless of where you are. I've seen his setup and drooled over the bar. You can order with confidence from him and he'll have your order in the post straight away.
I bought his filter kit at lunch time and it was at my door the next day (and I live 1260 odd Km away!).
Obviously Ross can't vouch for the people who handle the mail, but I can tell you that he has a very good reputation with all manner of brewers who've bought stuff from him over the years...

Guys, anyone still waiting, please drop me a mail & we'll get the replacements sent promptly, totally free of charge as promised.
We had problems to Ireland & Canada over Christmas & as a result we are now offering an insurance option on all overseas parcels. This is a fixed cost of just AUD $8 regardless of how big the order. This will at least give peace of mind to all & should hopefully result in the goods arriving timely. This will be optional (selectable at checkout), but we won't in future be refunding uninsured items that go astray in the mail. The Christmas losses have cost us approx $800; I trust you guys understand.
