I mentioned that I was looking to move back to Dublin to a few of you at the last ICB meet.
Anyway I moved to Blanch this weekend*. Renting a nice little 1 bedroom house.
Need to get my brewing stuff moved and find somewhere for it to go but it should work out.

It was costing me about €720 per month in petrol living in Westmeath. The house is €800 and of course bills so I will have less money but more time.

It's so convenient to work for both of us. Walking distance for Hilary and a 5 - 10 minute drive for me to Ballycoolin.

I'm not far from Oblivious (will need to meet up Mark).

Anyway it means I can host meetups that people are more likely to come to.

I'm behind Superquinn in Blanch village, about 10 minutes walk from the train station, or regular bus service about a minute from my house.


*viewed it Thursday, said we would take it and started moving in over weekend.

No beers on yet, that has yet to be moved. Just some 8 degrees in the fridge.
