I don't think there is one. One of the best sources for historical information I've found is Iorwerth Griffiths [i:1exaa24e]Complete Guide to Beer and Cider in Ireland[/i:1exaa24e] (2007), though it concentrates more on the breweries that still exist.
For a snapshot of the major breweries in 1889-91, look at Alfred Barnard's [i:1exaa24e]Noted Breweries[/i:1exaa24e]. The full text is here[/url:1exaa24e] (though the one listed as Vol. 1 looks actually to be Vol. 3 and vice versa.) The Irish breweries are spread through the volumes.
Coyne's [i:1exaa24e]Ireland: Industrial and Agricultural[/i:1exaa24e][/url:1exaa24e] from 1901 is also well worth a look and has quite a bit of historical background information on breweries past and present.
