Is there a case for calling out the larger vs smaller breweries?

I feel like if a pub is going to start with a pale ale on tap, let's say, their choice is most likely one of O'Hara's IPA, Metalman PA, Trouble Or, Galway Hooker or Howling Gale.

I'm not saying that this particular information is not there, I'm just concerned that actually drawing specific relevant information from the sheet is a bit like reading a continental rail timetable.

Is there a compromise for usability over comprehensiveness that would fit here?
