So hoping to be available by May. And up to 250,000 bottles per year. Interesting to see the main focus will be in bottles over kegs.

If only it was 19 years earlier, I would have been living down the road <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

Sounds great!

-The good profit is in bottled beer, not kegged; makes sense to me!

And bottled means we can enjoy it at home- Lord knows I would have liked to take a couple of bottles of Galway Hooker home with me from time to time.

The flip side is that it is less visible in a pub. It can sit in a fridge unnoticed as opposed to being on view at the bar with a keg font. Unless it is pushed by the bar it can be forgotten about.

I take your point about hooker but I think one of the reasons for its success has been its availability and visibility in bars. Ideally you would like kegs AND bottles but I'm guessing that requires more investment which is tough for a startup.
