Japan are leading the way : <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="nydn.us/d26j9N">nydn.us/d26j9N
It certainly isn't going to be craft beer.

Wow!

Now if only they'd get some "Hitachino Nest" on those flights!
-If you see Hitachino Nest beers (Japan's biggest craft beer brewery as far as I know), GRAB THEM.
-There's a Japanese restaurant on the North Quays that carries them when they can get them...

Grainne and Bighair know the restaurant, too; maybe one of them will chime in...

Yammamori? Does that sound right?

I'm actually quite interested in this "new draft beer technology" that adjusts to pressure to ensure the proper pressure is used for dispense. -It could be used to ensure that you get the right pressure and the right amount of foam with corney kegs without worrying about the inside diameter or length of your tubing runs.
-You could have a perfect pour every time with whatever tubing and tubing length that you had!

Yamamori. They have them[/url:ts9e6cbb] in the George's Street branch too. I thought[/url:ts9e6cbb] the Classic was particularly good, though they didn't have the Red Rice one when we were in.

If you use a flow control tap it achieves the same thing.

What?!? For real?

-I just got a 2 headed cobra-style tap 2 days ago(not quite the huge flare outs like a cobra, but very cobra-esque), how can I tell if it has "flow control"? Is that what the little turny knob is for on the side of each tap?
