bit of a stupid one i guess but where , apart from my local supplier, can i get my co2 cannisters refilled...they are just the Hambledon Bard co2 gas canisters that fit the plastic kegs. i heard if you are friendly with your local hardware they might do such gas....i dont wanna have to pay for delivery anymore on items i can get with my own two feet....i'm making a stand!

Can't say I've ever heard of it being refilled by anyone other than the manufacturers. When I used one of these I used to swap old for new with Grape n Grain.

where did folk get there soda stream cannisters refilled back in the 80's...im a bit young to know but i remember using them alot..or was this co2 at all...

That was co2 alright, but soda stream used disposable 8g bulbs.

I think they exchanged them in supermarket for fresh one; grain and grain do a similar thing
