"Fair use" (those exact words) is a legal concept in US intellectual property law which effectively allows for limiting copying, so long as it doesn't take the piss.

An ISP's rules on bandwidth are not an intellectual property issue: it's a contractual relationship between the customer and the provider. That clause, I assume, gives [i:2gkduade]them[/i:2gkduade] the right to decide whether you're being fair with them or not and act accordingly.

I was thinking about doing something similar to this but more a "Beer Family Tree" showing Beer at the top and then all its descendants (Ale and Lager being the next obvious level down). Anyone up for a bit of a collaborative effort? Caz I know I'm not going to get it 100% right.

Plus if we get it right/decent maybe we can look to using it to create the first tier of Beoir merchandising...

well, top-ferment and bottom-ferment. I think that differentiates that enough.

But is it a [i:1kxpf0x0]useful [/i:1kxpf0x0]differentiation? <!-- s:twisted: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_twisted.gif" alt=":twisted:" title="Twisted Evil" /><!-- s:twisted: -->

There was an interesting (I thought) discussion on it here[/url:1kxpf0x0].
