The Twelve Hotel in Barna, Galway has, in addition to Galway Hooker in bottle and on draught, Eight Degrees Barefoot Bohemian on draught and Dungarvan Copper Coast bottles.

They also have their own 'Bearna Black' stout, doesn't say who brews it though.

The Old Orchard in Rathfarnham has the O'Hara's usual favourites (IPA, Red ale, stout) in bottles.
Although they're not Irish, they have Punk IPA and Adnam's Ghostship IPA on draught so with this in mind I'm hoping they're leaning towards getting in some more Irish Craft's on tap.
It's ONE of my locals so next time I'm there on a quiet weekday I'll find out their full Irish Craft range

The Harvey Nichols Dundrum bar (Rock Lobster restaurant too, I guess) has all the Dungarvan core range in bottles.

(5 Lamps and a selection of UK and US offerings too, incidentally.)

Jamie Oliver's no longer does a craft keg, they said it became too expensive, allegedly.

I was at a wedding in Whites Hotel in Wexford over Christmas and I was delighted to see that they had the McGraths range in bottles. Pricey at 6.25 a pop but better than the alternatives. They also had Tom Creans and Stonewell.
