eoinmag Offline Posts: 2784	I hate the real thing, we used to have them in the bars in Germany, not so much mind as I was up North and was very rarely ever down South. I never liked them in any case, but some people go mad for them. The wife has made bagels which are similar in so far as they get boiled in a solution of DME and they were really good, but I just don't like the chewey brezel.

I'm surprised as there is one in Blanch centre, US based franchise as my wife knows the brand.
