i bought one at the weekeng (grolsch). Had ppl over for a bbq.
The empty is sittin in the kitchen. There's a warning not to re use it. I havent tried to get the top off yet, but you can see a silver co2 bulb - id say they've engineered it so that ya can't re-use it. Id imagine there is some destruction when you screw in the co2.
but its similar to a tap-a-draft system. I'll have a poke n see whats happenin with it.

Id still prefer mini kegs tho.

just had a quick look there. The tap screws off the bottle. but the co2 holder doesnt twist backwards. When twisting it on you here a clicking sound so im imagining the inside is a similar principle to how a cable tie works.
I have a tap-a-draft tap and that fits onto the grolsch bottlle.
Incidently im going to throw the whole lot out tap-a-draft n all, if anyone wants them they're welcome.

I think it's the sugar that attracts them , put a bit in a 2l bottle
They climb in , but can't climb out again, it's too slippy
