Saw a bit of it - was there more than just a few mins at the start?
Mash tun is also Mash tun!
Interesting that it's ready to drink after a week - how come mine never is??

Modern breweries mostly like work with a hand full of staff, supposable there a just 3-5 people who control Guinness sensation/sterilsation

I ended up having to work late (probably as I didn't get much done due to all those women calling me about beer <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;) -->) so missed it.

Any good? Looks like it was only a short slot?

By the time I turned it on he was already cooking with Curim, so I guess I missed the brewery bit.
A good program generally. He has covered Europe, and is now doing Ireland.
