Wow, interesting photos. Just goes to show how things have changed. Looks like the old meetings were conducted very professionally with note taking and everything. In comparison the modern tastings are like a booze fest <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

And in the last photo check out the few beers on the menu hanging from the ceiling compared to what is listed these days.

We could bring that back, though if people won't bring bottle openers to tastings, what are the chances of them bringing pens..?
