Well Hows everybody doing ,good i hope , not been on here for awhile,

decided to start brewing more beer havent done some now in about 2 months ,

got a nice Canadian Blonde (beer that is ha ha ) bottled last night so gonna wait and see how it turns out

Used Glucose to Bulk prime (alot easier than putting sugar in every bottle ) something ive never done before so lets see how this turns out


within the next few months gonna invest in a kegging system which ive been wanting to do for awhile ,,

whats bulk priming?? priming in a bucket?? serious question, i've never heard that expression

It's the more sensible alternative to bottle priming as in half a teaspoon of sugar to a bottle to prime them, which is at best inaccurate and at worst very intsterile.
The batch method means you add a bulk amount of sugar to either water or beer and then boil it up to dissolve then add this to a bottling bucket and mix, then you fill your bottles with this preprimed solution.
The advantages are the less the contact the less chance of infection and also the mix of sugar is better giving a consistent amount of sugar per bottle.
