Mostly we are self sufficent, but sometime I might have to for form England for unique grain , yeast or equipment

About the styles: I try to solve an eternal issue: brewing Belgian style ales without adding too much sugar (as they often do, here).
But sugar can lighten big beers and sugars such as dark candy syrup can add flavors not found in crystal malts
