I just did a little field trip to Nolan's as I was in the area and their stock has diminished to almost zero.
In terms of what a shop selling homebrew supplies should sell thats's a more difficult question and would be determined by stock turnover. If turnover is slow I wouldn't be inclined to buy too much ingredients, especially if stored in less than ideal conditions. Equipment such as fermenters, airlocks, tubing etc. would be handy. I appreciate that some ingredients would need to be in stock to complement the equipment but I wouldn't be buying it myself.
