There are a lot more male brewers than female brewers, meaning the vast majority of really shit brewers are men.

Brewing used[/url:sg8n6yzp] to be a woman's job, they were called brewsters or alewives. Brewing didn't really became popular with women again after the middle ages.

One of the lady brewers I've met has brewed beers which have won lots of awards, I reckon she'd beat you with a mash paddle if you said women couldn't brew.
