Either way this weeks question is:

what is your favourite hop type and why?
do you like hops from a particular region, does a certain flavour appeal to you above others, or do you just like to use the ones with the tried and trusted names?

Ok this time i'll answer first, my favourite is cascade because it's tried and trusted and because of the lovely citrusy taste that i get from it also the aroma helps a lot, i've tried some newfangled hops like Nelson Sauvin which did not appeal to me at all. also liberty and target aren't bad my first extract beers were based around these two and went down a treat.
