Hi everyone,

I recently moved to Ireland, and I brought most of my little 5 gallon brewery with me. I have yet to set up and see what's missing or needs fixing. I was going to sell all my kit before moving, but, after setting it all out and taking pics to ready it for sale, I just could not bear to part with my toys.

I normally brew a 6-7% rye ale with perle/liberty hops, or make an equally strong stout and the odd extra hoppy ale.

I'm also partial to Luna Rosso wine kits, plus the odd tinned fruit wine.

Hi, I'm Joe. I brew beer for The White Hag up here in Sligo. I've met loads of you, and look forward to meeting more! I've been a homebrewer since 1997, and I've been brewing professionally since 2004. I hope to be able to share with you what I've learned so far, as well as learn more from ye!
