Anyone know how these hand pulls work? Is air being pumped into the cask? If so, how long does the beer last before its flavour is badly affected?

I think a the few prople who use corny in that way use a cask breather, as with out one it will be oxidizes in 3-5 days

But you can naturally condition any way in a corny will less adaption and dispense with its own CO2
