B & C 'meetings'? 17 years 5 months ago #1

Hi everyone!
It's been forever since I have posted here and now I can't remember what night of the month you get together at the B&C. My wife and I will be coming to Ireland on January 1 for 6 months and I'd like to get as involved as I can while we're there. I'll try to bring a couple of bottles with me when I come, I made an oak barrel aged imperial porter that is holding up nicely that I'd like to share, assuming it survives the flight. Is there a beer or two that I could bring from over here that is difficult/impossible to get in Ireland? I'll do my best!
I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

The 'official' meets are on the second last Thursday of the month, but people are usually up for a few pints/swaps at the drop of a hat.

As noby says, we should be assembling in the Bull & Castle on 22nd January, but I'm sure people will be around for a pint or two prior to that. Let us know on here when suits you.

You know, I forgot to ask what time you all get together. I plan to be there next Thursday as I need to get out of the apartment! Does the wind blow as hard as it did last night a lot? I had hoped I left the strong winds at home!
Cheers!

7pm (it does say it on the post *sniff*).

And welcome to Ireland. Look forward to meeting you. Remember to sign up in the other thread.

High winds are occasional, but not unusual. We have a very large random weather generator to the west of us called the Atlantic Ocean. It keeps things interesting and gives us something to talk about.
