We actually have a blown-up-laminated copy of that behind the bar for those who don't believe you can match food and beer, outside of the classic combo"bud and antin".

Once thay see smoked goose and imperial stout, thay accuse you of "makin it up", let alone the goings on with cheese!

HC gave me a bottle of his imperial stout which happens to compliment my style of cheese.
