Last February, after I knew i'd be leaving the country, I was a worried that there'd be a bit of an admin vacuum for a period while I was adjusting to a new life, and Séan was pretty busy with work-related stuff (and still is! <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->). We asked TheBeerNut if he would care to step into an ICB admin role, which he did, and which we announced (TheAdminNut). I think it's really clear to everyone that John has really thrown himself into the role and has been doing a super job representing ICB, and doing what I call day-to-day administration of the site. There's lots of work that goes on in the background that never really gets seen, so we just wanted to recognise John's efforts in keeping the site fed and watered, and encouraging fellow members to submit items for the site (there's now a backlog! <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->).

As a result, we have "reshuffled" the team a bit, and that is reflected in the About Us page of the site. No longer do Séan and I have named roles, but all three of us now come under a general "Editorial Team" that we feel more accurately reflects the stuff we do in the background.

And thanks to all of you for continuing to make ICB a great resource, an entertaining read, and more importantly, a great oppertunity to meet like-minded individuals (in the flesh too!).
