Best leave it alone; it will taste crap at this stage. Even after you prime and bottle or keg it, you really want to wait about four weeks before it's worth drinking.

Don't worry, I'm only tasting the stuff I got for measuring the SG. How often should I do that - daily? Every 2 or 3 days?

The less fiddling the better, you dont want to risk infecting the stuff. I leave mine for a least a 10, usually 14 days. Then just take the reading before bottling or kegging.

I have 6 brews at this stage, and not one bubble has appeared at any point if fermentation, but everything worked out fine.

In about 5 weeks you'll be brewing another, and drinking your current one. It doesn't get much better than that.

The home brew company are the dogs bolloc*s, i hope all the forum are supporting them like i am cause if this doesn't work then we're screwed
