an extract brew usually takes me 3 to 4 hours including clean up and prep.

if you prepare well in advance...get your starter ready and maybe clean your buckets/boiler the night before you could get going pretty quickly and have it done by lunch....say 40 mins to make sure your boiler is working at the right temp....while awaiting that you can measure out your grains. mash for 2 hours say and coming towards the end you could save time by heating your sparge water on the stove. sparging could take a half hour depending on your batch size and drainage issues. boil time could be 60-90 mins plus 10-15 to get to boil temp. then it could take 20mins to cool it down using a wort cooler. id say 4-6 hours really. plus you really wanna clean everything at the end or it leads to a really messy clean up the next time.....bigger headache.
it seems a long time but there are huge bits of time in between when you can be doing other stuff. the main time constraints are the start and the sparge and boil/cooling part. probably about 2 hours working and alot of waiting. just plan it out so you dont waste time i would suggest.

I'm brewing from Kits. Takes about an hour between cleaning sterilising, boiling water and mixing the brew.
About half hour to prime and keg, about an hour sterilising priming and filling bottles.
Lot's of time waiting for maturation.
I don't have the space of equipment for extract or all grain brewing; so intend to keep with kits for now.
