A few errors on the original list that have been rectified by TheBeerNut and irish_goat.

Antrim - Hilden 1981
Down - Whitewater 1996 - 25% owned by C&C - independence conversation continues
Fermanagh - Fermanagh Beer Company 2010 (still in production)
Derry - Walled City 2014
Armagh - Station Works 2014 (based on the Armagh side of the river but classed as a Newry premises (Down) and as it's your list, you decide what's independent enough or not)
Tyrone - Baronscourt 2018 (Pokertree and Red Hand have gone)

Northbound definitely a few months ahead of Walled City. Both had their first beers for sale at the Culture Tech craft beer festival in September 2014, although no idea where these were brewed...Northbound got their kit delivered soon after and launched their beers in March. Walled City didn't open their doors til May.
