My thinking exactly, Giacomo.

It looks to me that Mahou-San Miguel are trying to ride the wave, expand in a market they know nothing about, without having the usual burned earth policy. After all, both their stakes (Founders and Nómada) are minority. If I'm not mistaken, that's a new approach.

So no real difference between that model and the open gate. Just a believe that ones more craft thank another
