As per the title. Best = best selection of beer. (I know it would probably be easier just to get a hotel close to a really good bar.)

Any recommendations?

when are you headed over? According to new around Brussels in 80 beer book, most hotels are pretty crap. Sounds like Air BnB seems to offer better beer choice! Best bet would be just to stay nr moder lambic fontinas, open til the wee hours, 40taps and 100s bottles to pick from plus other bars near by
