How about a colab effort for the front of BeoirT V channel as Reuben seems to have great video capture and Brian is quite a good interviewer and finding his feet on editing?

If it paid the bills then yes but no chance of that for a long time I'm afraid. If it ever happens that Beoir becomes large enough for full time paid staff, I doubt it's going to be in the next 5 years.

It's not how big it is, but what you do with it

Joking aside, it's the size of the revenue as opposed to the size of the organisation. A few additional revenue streams could be tapped (pun intended)...

Absolutely. The mag could become an income if the interest and take up from pubs in enough. May be a bit of a long shot but were Bord Fáilte and the Guaranteed Irish people contacted? They may have contacts or their own printers that could be made available to us.

What other revenue in streams could be look into. I'm sure at some point the issue of tax would have to be address if it became financially viable.

Walking guided tours?
Arranging dedicated meet the brewer nights were an entrance fee is charged?
If the YouTube channel got big enough a " This episode is sponsored by... " episode may be an option. Home brew business or brewery sponsored.

That's it off the top of my head. Trying to get Reuben a new job. I hear he lives in a caravan these days.

A caravan in that nicest part of France though, Spain, so he's doing alright!
