TOPIC:

Hi, I have recently moved back to Ireland from the UK. I spent the last year working for a brewery in London and now that I am back I am planning on opening a 5bbl brewery in an un-used building that exists behind my parents pub. Can anyone offer any help, suggestions, advice that might help with my business plan? Anything and everything is welcome at this stage. Especially anyone who has done it for themselves.

I'd say we have a lot more red tape here than in the UK, and a tougher market to break into, but having a pub as a default outlet is a massive advantage.
