Good to see a VodCast come along (proper term for video podcasts) ... Irish people seem to have an abject fear of doing these or podcasts compared to our American or British brethern.

Brian, your mash tun emptying process would be vastly improved by getting rid of that little bazooka and replacing it with a proper manifold. It should freely flow out of the tap in minutes.

Great job by the way, if I have one criticism it would be the length. I would say a 10 minute video might be better and it would allow you to publish more videos too.

Cheers, don't think the innards of my mash tun was shown in the video, it's a copper yoke, four tubes with slits that feed into the tap. The single tube was in the kettle.

I think agree on the length, was just easier to not edit down further on the first go.
