Messer Maguires Munich Lager available in the Ivy Inn in Naas, is this the bock, does anyone know?

MM Bock was quite dark. MM Munich was golden, when it was being served at MM. You sure this isn't just a re-badge?

This Munich is very dark red and fairly sweet, would you say its the bock then?

Actually, none of it makes any sense. Messrs Maguire is a year out of business. This beer is not likely to be from Sweetman's and I can't see it being supplied by White Gypsy under that brand. Have you asked the pub about it?

That doesn't map, though - Sweetmans make Porter, not Plain; no Irish Red, etc.

messrs beers were available at the start of the year weren't they? that means both sets of beers should be included.
