We are currently looking to fill the position of Brewmaster at our new production facility in Co Leitrim. This is a special opportunity for an ambitious, passionate and energetic individual to make their mark and grow with our company.
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of professional brewing experience along with formal technical brewing education or equivalent. A passion for crafting beer, possessing a customer centric focus and a desire to lead and nurture a new brewery team is a must.
Duties will include recipe formulation, all aspects of production, quality control, raw material selection, yeast handling, process equipment cleaning/sanitisation, inventory control, operation, maintenance and repair. Essential skills include basic computer skills, ability to maintain detailed records, compliance with safety and regulatory issues, and problem solving.
