I might be able to help - but that's a massive might as I'm only a fledgling brewer & i'm hindered by my lack of knowledge & experience. I just started my all-grain excursion in the last week - so maybe having a more experienced brewer around wouldn't be a bad thing. Nevertheless, I'm in New Ross and it is shocking how few Irish Craft Brews there are available considering how close it is to Carlow and Waterford - so i'm definitely up for helping out with promoting local brews & it would be nice helping out for a good cause too! <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
