+1 on Adams pacific beer. It managed to taste like a well balanced delicate beer with passion fruit, and also very flavoursome. Well done that man

yea the citrus ale was very odd. not in a bad way
but that milk stout was incredable. <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" title="Razz" /><!-- s:P -->

then the social side of things. it was amazing to discuss enzyme reactions within mashing barley and hop acids extraction without the person you are talking to eyes glazing over. and being able to do this while drinking some incredable beers "metalman for instance"
i will definatly be making the effort next month to return
